Inspections are performed to NFPA-25, 70, 72, 80, California Code of Regulations 4, Title 19 & Local Fire Department requirements.
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requires that all fire protection systems be inspected, tested, & maintained periodically in order to ensure a reasonable degree of protection of life & property from fire. In addition, Insurance Companies should reduce your premium rate with routine Annual inspections.
It is your responsibility to perform all other periodical inspections & testing of the fire sprinkler system. Regency now offers all our customers a simple & economic method to meet the NFPA requirement through an “Annual Test”. As defined in the NFPA-25. By choosing us to perform the scheduled inspections, there are several benefits you will receive.
[fancy_list style=”arrow_list”]
- Our professional technicians will inspect the system & provide adequate records as necessary.
- An “Annual Test” will provide you with preventive maintenance instead of costly major repairs. Most building owners find out of these repairs when a “5-Year Test” is performed on the sprinkler system & they realize the lack of maintenance over a long period of time.
- Any remodeling or change in operations will require modifications of the Sprinkler System. An “Annual Test” in your remodeled building will make you aware of deficiencies, which may be corrected as part of the Warranty provided by the General Contractor for the new work performed.
- Our “Annual Test” is very simple & there are no obligations & no contracts to sign. You choose the date at your convenience. At the end of every inspection, you authorize the next scheduled inspection. You may cancel at any time. Enclosed is our sample for the Fire Sprinkler System Annual Test.
- Currently the State of California Fire Marshal requires a “5-Year Test” to be performed on all operational sprinkler systems by a qualified C-16 licensed Fire Sprinkler contractor.
